A northwest Minnesota man is sentenced to more than 38 years in prison for the murder of a man from Wahpeton.
Jason Jensen of Hitterdal pleaded guilty in the June 2018 death of Troy Yarbrough, whose body was burned and buried in two places on Jensen's Clay County farm.
Jensen, along with Kayla Westcott were charged with aiding and abetting murder.
Westcott says Jensen hit Yarbrough with a rake handle and, when they went back the next day and Yarbrough was still alive, Jensen hit him on the head with a cinder block.
Yarbrough was reported missing weeks before his body was found.
