A Minnesota Department of Corrections officer is facing criminal sexual conduct charges in Dakota County.
Prosecutors say 53-year-old Randy Beehler of Foley is accused of having sexual relations with a female detainee he was transporting from the Olmsted County jail to Hennepin County.
The alleged victim said Beehler forced her to perform sex acts on him after stopping for food at a McDonald's in Cannon Falls in September.
The criminal complaint says Beehler initially denied inappropriate contact, but later admitted to allowing the woman in the front seat to perform sex acts.
Beehler's bail is 50-thousand dollars and his next court hearing is December 11.
