(MNN) -- Federal prosecutors are charging two more suspects with setting fires during the riots and civil unrest in St. Paul.
Nineteen-year-old Mohamed Abdi of Maplewood is facing one count of arson for a fire in late May at Gordon Parks High School.
Video shows Abdi pouring clear liquid on the floor and into a trash can, then igniting it.
The U-S Attorney's Office says the second suspect, 31-year-old Matthew S. White of Minneapolis, his sister Jessica White of Andover and another person burned down an Enterprise Rent-A-Car May 28th.
The A-T-F says White can be seen on surveillance footage inside the store carrying a box and garbage can and later outside watching the fire. The A-T-F is offering rewards for information about suspected arson fires.
