A paramedic who survived a deadly helicopter crash in Brainerd last month says fog was a factor.
The preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board says Josh Duda told investigators he noticed a thin fog layer during the approach to the landing. Duda said the medical helicopter spun to the right and made impact with the ground.
