MDH Reported on Tuesday 444 new COVID-19 Cases

Numbers released Tuesday by the Minnesota Department of Health indicate 444 new COVID-19 cases bringing Minnesota’s Cumulative total to 36,303 positive cases of the Coronavirus in the state, out of 605,315 tests conducted. 3,638 are health care workers.
Of the 36,303 positive cases, 31,601 patients no longer need to be isolated.
4,054 cases have required hospitalization so far, and 270 of them are still hospitalized. 136 of the current hospitalized are in the ICU.
The Minnesota Department of Health reports 1,441 people have now died due to COVID-19 related complications.
Wilkin County has 20 cases, Otter Tail has 92 cases. Becker County has 54 cases. Douglas County has 61 cases. Grant County has 6 cases and Clay has 563 cases.
In North Dakota, Cass County has 2,245 cases, Richland County has 41 cases.
There are 3,576 total cases in North Dakota
The Minnesota Department of Health reminds the public that not all cases of COVID-19 are being tested. So these numbers do not represent the total number of people in Minnesota that have or had COVID-19. These numbers represent the number of cases that were tested.
