MDH Reports another 6,265 COVID Cases on Saturday

Numbers released Saturday by the Minnesota Department of Health indicate 6,265 new COVID-19 cases bringing Minnesota’s Cumulative total to 262,952 positive cases of the Coronavirus in the state, out of 3,712,110 tests conducted.
Of the 262,952700 positive cases, 211,513 patients no longer need to be isolated.
14,745 cases have required hospitalization so far.
The Minnesota Department of Health reports 3,201 people have now died due to COVID-19 related complications.
Wilkin County has had 309 cases, Otter Tail County 2,415 cases. Becker County 1,606 cases. Douglas County 2,038 cases, Grant County 215 cases and Clay has had 4,248 cases.
In North Dakota, Cass County has had 15,029 cases and Richland County has had 991 cases.
There have been 71,540 total cases in North Dakota
The Minnesota Department of Health reminds the public that not all cases of COVID-19 are being tested. So these numbers do not represent the total number of people in Minnesota that have or had COVID-19. These numbers represent the number of cases that were tested.
