Minnesota Pork, Soybean Producers Call Trade Deal With China “Positive"

(MNN) The first phase is an agreement ending a two-year trade war with China is good news for Minnesota pork and soybean producers.
As part of the deal, China agrees to buy 200-million dollars worth of U-S goods over the next two years.
Minnesota Soybean Growers Association Director Theresia Gillie says farmers are hopeful they have “endured the worst of the trade dispute.”
Minnesota Pork Producers Association C-E-O David Preisler warns the “devil is still in the details.”
